Following legal action by WTRG and Haworth with Stanbury VC, Calderdale Wind Farm Ltd have admitted that the bog bursts on Crow Hill are ongoing, and not limited to 1824 as they claimed in their preliminary peat landslide hazard and risk assessment. They now concede there was a huge bog burst in 1989 next to their sole access fo turbines over Crow Hill.
