We do not operate a WordPress contact form or user account system on this website.

The supporter form asks for your name and email address and gives you the option of providing your telephone number if you would like to join one of our WhatsApp groups.

It also asks how you would like to help the campaign, including options such as spreading the word, hosting an event, helping to organise volunteers or offering another form of assistance.

We use this information to record and manage campaign support, understand how people wish to help and organise campaign activities.

Because information about a person’s support for a particular campaign may reveal information about their political opinions, we treat this information with particular care and only process it where we have an appropriate lawful basis and, where required, an appropriate condition for processing special-category data.

If you choose Yes, we may use the email address you provide to send you campaign updates.

You do not have to agree to receive campaign emails in order to support the campaign.

You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting us or by using the unsubscribe facility provided in our emails.

We will not assume that you want to receive campaign emails simply because you have provided your email address or signed up as a campaign supporter.

We use a separate external Typeform for campaign merchandise orders.

This form allows you to request campaign merchandise such as garden boards, caps, bumper stickers and window-cling stickers.

The merchandise form may collect:

• your first and last name;
• your telephone number;
• your email address; and
• the items and quantities you request

We use this information to:

• check the availability of requested items;
• contact you about your request;
• arrange payment; and
• arrange collection of your items

Payment card details are not collected through this website or the merchandise Typeform.

A member of the campaign team may contact you by telephone or email to arrange payment and collection.

Our campaign supporter and merchandise forms are provided by Typeform.

When you submit information through one of these forms, the information is transferred to Typeform and stored within the campaign’s Typeform account.

We determine why and how your information is used. Typeform provides the form service and processes information on our behalf in connection with that service.

We use this information to respond to your enquiry and deal with the matter you have contacted us about.

Please avoid sending sensitive personal information by email unless it is necessary.

Campaign supporter information will normally be retained for up to 2 years after our last meaningful interaction with you, unless we have a continuing reason to retain it or you ask us to delete it sooner.

Campaign email subscription information will be retained while you remain subscribed. If you withdraw your consent or unsubscribe, we will remove you from the active mailing list, although we may retain limited information where necessary to ensure that we respect your request not to receive further communications.

Merchandise-order information will normally be retained for up to 2 years after the order has been completed, unless we need to retain particular information for longer to meet a legal or accounting obligation.

We periodically review the information we hold and securely delete or anonymise information that we no longer need.

We may retain information for longer where this is necessary to comply with a legal obligation or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

We may share personal information with service providers where this is necessary to operate the campaign or provide services to you.

This currently includes Typeform, which provides the forms used for campaign supporter registrations and merchandise orders.
